01Terms of Service

By using the RAWAA site you agree to these terms. All content, names and the “RAWAA” mark belong to RAWAA Cosmetics LLC, Ramallah, Palestine. Prices are shown in ILS (₪) and include tax unless stated otherwise.

We may adjust pricing and availability at any time; your order price is locked at checkout. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine and the courts of Ramallah.

02Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, address and contact details. We never sell your data, and share it only with our shipping partner and payment processor.

You may request a copy of your data, or its permanent deletion, at privacy@rawa.ps — fulfilled within 30 days.

03Shipping — West Bank & regional

Within the West Bank: two working days, ₪15, free over ₪250. Jerusalem: three working days. Amman and Dubai: 5–7 working days via our logistics partner, with duties shown before checkout.

Shipments may be delayed by checkpoints or sudden closures; we notify you immediately, and you may cancel in full if a delay exceeds one week.

04Returns & exchanges

Fourteen days for any unopened product in original packaging, refunded in full within 5 working days. Opened products may be exchanged once after a free skin consultation — because the ritual must suit you.

05Ingredients & allergens

Full INCI lists are printed on every package and published on each product page. Some formulas contain nut derivatives (almond), honey and beeswax.

Always patch-test on a small area for 24 hours before full use. Our products are not a substitute for medical advice.
